Origina's Innovation Development Team
The Innovation development team was formed as a separate business unit of Origina in early 2007, born out of listening and working in partnership with our customers.
As part our drive to enhance our core offerings for customers, we acted upon the need to develop a designated unit that draws upon an established pool of expertise including some of the most senior staff within Origina's Technical, Account Management & Consultancy teams.
The Innovation development team is commonly referred to as the "Think Tank" within the business. The department has a number of critical internal and external roles, but its primary focus is developing new solutions and offerings for Origina's customers that revolve around our value proposition, defining our technology partners, and development of our growth on an international scale.
Rapid Support
Origina's Rapid-Support platform was one of the first projects the team engaged in to identify more cost-effective ways in which to deliver support and services work remotely to customers on a more granular level. The Rapid Support platform has seen great success with our customers, and has been instrumental in the growth of our services on an International level.
